I have always thought I should start writing a blog. Mostly to write down my recipe successes...and failures. It always seems like I am getting compliments on how good my food is, but how many people actually get to sample it? As I was sitting at my second job this past weekend (loathing every minute of it). I was scrolling through some pictures stored on my phone, and I came across some pictures of an hors d'oeuvre party I have helped or have been in charge or catering for the previous 8 years. I said (out loud without thinking) what am I doing here, I am really wasting my talent! The guy I was working with asked to see what I was looking at then said "um yeah, what the hell are you doing here?" I didn't answer him. But that question has been burning in my brain for the last 2 days. What the hell am I doing? Well the reality is, I am filling the good old money gap. So, until I find the one job that I absolutely love that showcases all my talents, and the money gap is non existant...I have decided to share my talents right here for everyone to see, and try...well everyone who reads this...
